Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or booking an experience with Lanzarote Untold, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lanzarote Untold. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking value. If weather conditions make an outdoor experience unsafe, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Changes to bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify dates, times, or group size. Changes are subject to availability and may result in adjusted pricing.

Our responsibilities

Lanzarote Untold will provide the experiences described on our website and in our communications to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

Your responsibilities

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation. Lanzarote Untold is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or non-disclosure of relevant medical conditions.

Intellectual property

All content on the Lanzarote Untold website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Lanzarote Untold and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Lanzarote Untold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the experience in question.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arrecife, Lanzarote.
